We always do our best to keep you up to date regarding the status of your order at all times. We will email you once your order has been processed and let you know when you can expect delivery. If an item is unavailable for any reason we will offer you the option of a refund, a replacement or of keeping the item on back order.

Shipping Methods.
We mainly ship the goods by sea.And we can also ship order by air and express delivery.Prices on the website do not include shipping.Shipping cost depends on the weight and delivery country,we will caculate the shipping and add it to the total.

This happens infrequently, but sometimes gifts sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer defect. If this occurs, contact us by e-mail and we will arrange for the damaged product to be collected and new products to be dispatched out to you immediately.

If any damaged goods are received, Lottu Equipment must be notified by e-mail within 7 days. Outside the 7 day period Lottu Equipment will not be held responsible for replacing damaged goods. Outside 7 days goods will have to be replaced at the customers own cost.

All equipments of Lottu Equipment are with 1-3 years warranty! The beginning of the guarantee is considered a the day of committing the payment, it is not necessary to send a copy of a payment order, a guarantee card or other document.

All products are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of the certificate CE and the EU Directive on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances RoHS. At defect within warranty period, the product is replaced by a new one.
